Peter Miller, age 85, died August 11, 2006 at Millcroft in Newark Delaware. Born in Chester, Penna, he was a resident of Brookhaven, Pa. for 45 years. previous resident was Chester, Pa. Life long of Delaware county. A graduate of Chester High School, he was employed by Kimberly Clark (Scott Paper) for 42 years as a machine tender in which he retired in 1983. A member of Our Lady of Charity Church in Brookhaven, an a member of Parkside and Upland Senior Citizens. He was a lover of the outdoors and fishing. A veteran of the US Navy he served during WWII in the Pacific. Husband of Irene Swider Miller of 59 years of Brookhaven, Pa.. Father of Carol Fritz of Clayton, Delaware. Grandfather of 2, great grandfather of 5. Funeral service Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Charity Church 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa. 19015. Interment S.S.Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, Pa. Friends may call Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa. 19015.
