Elaine “Peggy” Davis February 27, 1933 - February 4, 2009

Elaine “Peggy” I. Davis, 75,

passed away Feb. 4, 2009 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. She has been a resident of Upland, Pa, for most of her life. She graduated from Eddystone High School.

She worked for ANC Whole Sale, Ship and Shore, Ship Yard, Penn Machine, and retired from Chester Machine. She was on the Upland Borough Council, volunteered with Delaware County ARC, active in the PTA, and was active in various committees in the Upland Community. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Davis.

She was the daughter of the late Earl and Elizabeth Darling.

She was the devoted and loving mother of Steven Davis, Upland, Pa, John Davis, Upland, Pa, and Brett Davis, Upland, Pa. She was the sister of Elizabeth “Betty” Brzeziki of Media, Pa. Friends may call Tuesday 10-12 at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Graveside service will take place Tuesday 1pm at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, Pa.
