Andrew E. Minarcik February 7, 1930 - August 11, 2011

Andrew Edward Minarcik, 81, passed away on August 11, 2011 at his long time residence in Brookhaven, Pa. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa, and lived in Brookhaven, Pa, for the last 52 years. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Charity Church. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hunting and was a long time member of the Delaware Field and Stream.

He was the son of the late Andrew and Mary Minarcik. He was survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Emma; sisters Anna and Helen; sons Andy and wife Karen, Tom, Steve; daughter Lorie and her husband Mark McKniff; 3 grandsons Brian, David, and Jesse; and was predeceased by his granddaughter Devon.

Funeral service will be held Tuesday 11am at Our Lady of Charity Church, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Tuesday 9:30-10:45am at the church. Interment Holy Cross, Yeadon, Pa.
