Karen Mason, 67, a former medical professional, died Jan. 8 at a care facility in Chester, PA. The cause was complications from Alzheimer’s Disease, which she had battled for a number of years.

Ms. Mason was born in Ridley Park, PA and lived in the area throughout her life. She was a medical records coder for a number of medical facilities in Pennsylvania and Delaware. She is survived by her sister Sandra Mason, niece Stephanie King, nephew Daniel King, and brother-in-law George Detwiler.
