Eleanor Morris August 23, 1920 - May 16, 2011

Eleanor Morris, 90, passed away May 16, 2011 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. She has been a lifelong resident of Trainer, Pa, where both her husband and son were the former Chief of Police. She attended Trainer School and worked for Scott Paper from 1941-1944 before she became a devoted family woman. She was a long time member of Holy Saviour Church, Linwood, Pa. She loved spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband Hubert T. Morris; her parents Pearl and Wasel Lapchuck; and her son Hubert W. Morris Jr.. She is survived by her daughters Alice Difelice of Hudson, Fl, and Barbara Morris of Milford, De; her brother Peter Lapchuck of Lima, Pa, and her sisters Alice Spanier of Wallingford, Pa, and Helen Patterson of Florida; 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren. Funeral service Friday 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Friday 10-11am at the funeral home. Interment Immaculate Heart Cemetery, Linwood, Pa. Donations can be made to Salvation Army, 151 W. 15th St., Chester, Pa, 19013.
