Nancy Diane Yuknek, 58, passed away April 9, 2018 peacefully at her home. Born in Detroit, Michigan, she has been a long time resident of Chester, PA. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’ Degrees in Social work at Widener University. Nancy went on to be the Director of Social Work at Park Lane at Bellingham, West Chester, PA. She was predeceased by her parents Giovanni and Meta Kaun and her brother Giovanni Silvestri.
She is survived by her beloved husband Jospeh Yuknek; her children Matthew Yuknek (Jessi), Patrick Yuknek; and Lauren Brutsche (Christopher); sister in law Denise Yuknek; step brothers and sisters; and one grandchild Colton Brutsche.
A Celebration of Life will take place Thursday 2pm at Prime on the Avenue, 15 S. Morton Ave., Morton, PA, 19070 (610-690-2400).
