Allan V. Siekierski May 2, 1947 - September 13, 2012

Allan V. Siekierski, 65, passed away September 13, 2012. Born in Chester, Pa, he was a former resident of Lansdowne, Pa, and has lived in Swarthmore, Pa, since 1994. He was a graduate of Eddystone High School, class of 1965. He attended Penn State University, Main Campus. He did architectural work at Granite Run Mall. He retired from CareLink Community after 18 years of service. He also enjoyed being a Caddy at Spring Haven Golf Course. He was an active member of Notre Dame de Loardes, Swarthmore. He enjoyed taking long walks, reading, following high school football, and watching the Phillies. He really loved spending time with his son. He especially liked taking him to the shore, reading to him, and taking him on long drives. He was predeceased by his parents Wanda and Edmond Siekierski.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Barbara Siekierski; his son Adam Siekierski; brother Todd Siekierski; sister Alexandra (Raymond) Glathorn; 2 nieces and 2 nephews.

Funeral mass Thursday 10am at St. Rose of Lima, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, Pa, 19022. Visitation Thursday 9-10am at the church. Interment SS Peter and Paul, Springfield, Pa, 19064.
