Keith E. Smith January 15, 1982 - February 28, 2017

Keith E. Smith, 35, passed away suddenly February 28, 2017. He was a lifelong Delaware County resident and a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 2000. He was a freelance HVAC contractor. Keith loved the outdoors and truly enjoyed hunting, fishing, and skiing. He was a history buff and an avid Flyers fan. He had a huge heart and a great love for animals. He was a man who would help anyone in need and will be remembered for his kind nature. Above all else he loved being with his family. He will be truly missed. He is predeceased by his grandparents William C. Smith, Gerard B. Gannon, and Joan M. Gannon.

He is survived by his parents Edward and Kathleen Smith; grandmother Jeanne Smith; his sister Kristy M. Jones (Bugg); nieces and nephews Dylan, R.J., and Rylie Jones; his beloved girlfriend Desiree DeVaco; and many cousins and friends.

Keith’s funeral service will take place Saturday 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Saturday 9-11am at the funeral home. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston, Pa. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the Delaware County SPCA, 555 Sandy Bank Rd., Media, Pa, 19063.
