Helen Spence McCullough, 70, of Brookhaven, PA, passed away at home October 14, 2019. Born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late John and Mary Jane Spence, she resided in Brookhaven for many years. Helen graduated from Archbishop Prendergast High School in 1966 and retired in 2011, having worked diligently for several prominent Delaware County attorneys.
Helen had an overwhelming love for all animals and was a huge proponent for their wellbeing. She also enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and the beach.
She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Edward F. McCullough; her older brother, Robert J. Spence; her daughter Patricia; and her three beloved grandsons Joseph, Dillon, and Matthew.
Funeral services Saturday 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, PA, 19015. Visitation Saturday 10-11am at the funeral home. Burial private. Memorial gifts to the Humane Society of the United States @ www.humanesociety.org
