Frank C. Dowman III, 63,

passed away August 14, 2007 at his home. Born in Chester, Pa

he resided in Parkside, Pa, for 20 years. He has been a life long Delaware County resident.

He was a graduate of Chester High School and Bloomsburg University.

He was employed with the Penn Delco School District for 42 years. He was a science teacher in Brookhaven Junior High, Northley Middle School, Sun Valley High School, and was also a part time professor for Swarthmore College as a Lab instructor. He was predeceased by his father Frank Dowman and his daughter Susan Dowman

He was the loving husband of Barbara Robison Dowman of Parkside, Pa. He was the son of Mary Dowman of Gilbertsville, Pa and stepson of Gordon Robison.

He was the loving father of Sandra L. Cooper (Keith) of New York, NY, and brother of

Thomas Dowman of Jeffersonville, Pa. He was the gradfather of Madison and Alexandra Cooper.

Funeral Service- 11 am Friday at Faith Community Church, 3515 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015.

Calling Hours- Thursday evening 6-9 at the church

Interment- Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, Pa, 19061
