May 5, 2021 at 11:40 amWe are so sorry for the passing of this dear, sweet lady. We loved her so much and life will be different without her in it. Her family was the most important thing in her life and we take comfort in knowing that she has been reunited with her loved ones who passed before her. Rest In Peace Aunt Hedy!

May 8, 2021 at 12:51 pmMy mother arrived in the U.S. in 1931 on the German ship the Bremmen. She arrived with her Mother and sisters Emma and Matilda to reunite with their father Georg.
She became a citizen and voted in every election where she was eligible. She loved the United States and said it is the Greatest Country in the world.I will love my Mother forever.

May 14, 2021 at 12:34 amI always remember your mom and her sister Emma teaching me to make bracciole and homemade candy in the kitchen. I think of her every time I make it with the recipe she gave me. An amazing person that I will never forget. I have thought of your family and Aunt Hedy so often in my lifetime. I was blessed to know her. Sending love and prayers to your family!
