May 11, 2021 at 10:29 amRuby was the sweetest lady and our crossing guard for all the years we went to school. She was always smiling and kind. She walked everywhere, and never seemed to get tired. I will always remember her sweet smile. She was a real gem just like her name!

May 11, 2021 at 11:59 amI have so many fond memories of Ruby. She would walk past our house to go to the grocery store. She would always smile and wave or stop to chat for a few minutes. She had a beautiful spirit; kind, gentle, loving and gracious! It was such a blessing to know her and to have had all of those beautiful moments with her! Now she is in the arms of her loving Savior. Rest in peace, Ruby!

May 11, 2021 at 12:05 pmRuby was a sweet and kind lady, always happy and smiling. My fondest memories of Ruby are the years she was our crossing guard. She made sure all traffic was completely stopped and then guided us across with both arms out to protect all of us as if we were her own children. She will be dearly missed.

May 11, 2021 at 8:14 pmRuby was a good person in all ways. She was a wonderful Sunday School teacher at Immanuel Baptist Church, Chester, PA. I always looked up to her because she radiated her love for our Savior Jesus Christ. She is now in the glory of the Lord and in Gods eternity of love.

May 11, 2021 at 10:59 pmRuby was one of most courageous women I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I remember fondly her stopping traffic on macdade, before the traffic lights were there. I always felt safe with her crossing us every morning for school & knew she would be there after school as well. She was a trooper and I would see her and vick taking walks down second Avenue. She was a blessing to all of us . She will be missed. Prayers to all the family at this time.
