July 14, 2021 at 9:27 pmKim; so sorry to learn of Karl’s passing. I last saw him about 10 years ago at the shop in Media as I stopped in to thank him for his excellent work resetting an old family ring as an engagement ring for our son’s bride. We had a nice visit! A long time since Sun Valley and all our activities together… who knew having lived in Maine for the past 45 years that our son would move to Media, meet a girl and have Karl craft the engagement ring… that gave Karl and I our final meeting. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

July 29, 2021 at 12:25 amI only just learned about Karl having passed. I am so very sorry to hear this news.. He was a really nice person and customer when I worked bartending at the Thirsty Bulldog. He always loved for me to put Motor Trend on the Television, he spoke fondly about his daughter Ms. Skelly (at Talley Middle School where both my children attended just a couple years ago. I always wanted to make sure I had his miller high life on ice and ready when he would come in during my shifts. He was quite, polite and just a really nice man.
