Dennis B. Sakers, age 57, died March 22, 2006 at his home , in Oxford, Pa. Born in Upland, Pa., he was a resident of Oxford, Pa. for 15 years, previous resident Aston, Pa. A 1966 graduate of Sun Valley High School. Coach for Aston A.A. as a biddy basketball coach. A member and player for several baseball teams through out Delaware County. Retired from Sun Rock in Lenni, Pa. as a supervisor also employed as a crew engineer with Brandywine Survey Co. Son of the late Norman W. Sr. and Edna Brown Sakers. Brother of Norman W. Sakers Jr. of Rehoboth Beach, Del. and Gerald Sakers of Northeast, Md. and Gail Sydenstricker of Toughkenamon, Pa. Uncle of several nieces and nephrews. Funeral service Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa. 19015. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Aston, Pa.
