Donna M. Chalfant May 13, 1959 - November 19, 2024

Donna M. Chalfant, age 65, of Upland, PA, peacefully passed away on November 19, 2024, after a brief but courageous battle with ovarian cancer.

Donna was a proud 1977 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Moylan and was an active member of the Notre Dame High School Alumni Association, staying connected to her roots and classmates throughout her life.

She had a deep appreciation for music, especially classic rock, and enjoyed socializing with friends, dining out, and attending live music performances. Donna’s greatest joy, however, came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Donna was known for her warm, accepting nature always offering support, love, and guidance to those who needed it. She was considered a “Mom” figure to many and will be remembered for her nurturing spirit and kindness.

She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Chalfant III, and her son, Albert Chalfant IV.

Donna is survived by her fiancé Mike Magrogan, her children, Todd (Abby) Chalfant, Michellé Chalfant (Bryan Ciliberto), Dylan (Spiridoula) Chalfant, sister, Eleanor Fitzgerald, brother, Jim Cavage, grandchildren, Rhiannon, James, Zoe, Gage, Arianna, Chloe, Bryan Jr., Owen, Jax, Victoria, and Allie Rose; great grandchildren, Alexander, Adelynn, Tao; grandpups, Trinity and Nash.
