Edward E. “Terry” Handley September 6, 1942 - January 2, 2012

Edward “Terry” E. Handley Jr., 69, passed away January 2, 2012 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. Born in Darby, Pa, he was a previous resident of Upland, Pa, and lived the past 8 years in Aston, Pa. He was a graduate of Eddystone High School, class of 1961. He was a roofer for LN Scott Company in Chester, Pa. He was a friend of Bill Wilson for 30 years. He was well known and liked at the Upland Diner where he frequented often. He was predeceased by his wife Elizabeth and his parents Edward and Alice Handley. He was survived by his siblings Alan (Theresa) Handley and Carol E. (Charles A. Jr.) Cass; 2 nephews David Cass and Benjamin Handley; 4 nieces Lynda Kelly, Lis Geoghegan, Kathleen Handley, and Rebecca Whittington; he was also a loving great uncle. His memorial service will be held Saturday January 14, 2012 11am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Saturday 10am-11am at the funeral home.
