Florence “Ginny” Lapchuk December 20, 1924 - November 13, 2015

Florence “Ginny” Virginia Lapchuk, 90, passed away November 13, 2015 at Crozer Chester Medical Center, Upland, Pa. Born in Chester, Pa, she was a longtime resident of Brookhaven, Pa, before moving to Fox Hill Farm in Glen Mills and most recently residing at Granite Farms Estates since 2004. Ginny was a graduate of Chester High School and worked for Baldwin Locomotive Works, as well as being a homemaker. She enjoyed playing the piano, singing, and was a talented seamstress. She also had a great love of dogs. She belonged to North Chester Baptist Church. She is predeceased by her brothers Charles and John E. Thomas.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years Peter Lapchuk.

Funeral services will be Tuesday 11am at the North Chester Baptist Church, 2331 Providence Ave., Chester, Pa, 19013. Visitation Tuesday 10-11am at the church. Interment Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, Pa, 19061.
