John E. “Ace” Orlando, 59, passed away October 7, 2012 at Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa. Born in Philadelphia, Pa, he was a long time resident of Brookhaven, Pa, and lived in Honeybrook, Pa, for the last 4 years. He went to Cardinal O’Hara High School. He worked in the Painters Union District Council 21 for 20 years until his retirement. He was an avid softball player and loved to watch sports. He also loved motorcycles. He enjoyed to talk and cherished his grandkids. He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years Susan Orlando; his children John T. (Kim) Orlando, Michelle (Louis) Robinson, and Stacey (Tom) Morris; his 9 grandchildren John, Kiley, Regan, Abigail, Thomas, Bryan, Megan, Louis, and Sean.
Funeral mass Monday 10:30 at Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, Pa, 19015. Visitation Monday 9:30-10:30 at the church. Interment SS Peter and Paul, Springfield, Pa. Condolences can be sent via www.batemanallenfuneralhome.com
