Mary L. Catalano, age 77, of Darby Pa, formally of Philadelphia, peacefully passed away on August 5, 2024.
Mary was a passionate bingo player for over 70 years and took great pleasure in dancing and engaging in arts and crafts. She also loved Wawa hoagies, spaghetti and meatballs from Olive Garden, and M&M’s.
She cherished her grand dog Chloe and, above all, treasured visits from her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her friends Jim, Marty, John, and Mel, as well as by her favorite nurse Pierre.
She was predeceased by her husband Dominick Catalano, sister, Elaine Peate, niece, Lisa Ciampaglia, son-in-law, Tom McGowan, and brother-in-law, Joe Ciampaglia.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Carol McGowan, grandchildren, James, Chris, Jenny, and Maria; great grandson, Joey; niece, Heather Johnson, nephew, Joey Ciampaglia, and many friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Sunday, August 11, 2024, from 12:00-2:00 PM at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Avenue, Brookhaven, PA 19015.
