Viola J. Ragone, age 94, passed away at her home on November 11, 2021. Born in Philadelphia she graduated from John Bartram High School in Southwest Philadelphia. She was a homemaker and long-time resident of Brookhaven. Viola attended Our Lady of Charity Church and was a member of the Charitians of Our Lady of Charity and the Parkside Senior Citizens Group.
Viola was predeceased by her beloved husband Daniel A. Ragone, Sr.
She is survived by her loving children Rosemarie (Earl) Detweiler, Daniel (Gary) Ragone, Marilyn (Len) Brown; her 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, from 9:30-11:00am at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home, 4220 Edgmont Ave., Brookhaven, PA. 19015, followed by her funeral liturgy at 11:00am.
Burial: Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.

She loved watching my twin sons grow just like your grandmother did when I would take them for walks around the block. You were blessed and so were all who knew them.
